ZIPP Lite, and an application bridge for hosts

Hosts can answer application-defined synchronous calls through an app bridge, and ZIPP Lite arrives: the JavaScript core without Intl and Temporal, built for size first.

13c33194 lets a host answer application-defined synchronous calls through an app bridge, merged with dependency updates as the repository's third pull request (#31). 065446f2 adds ZIPP Lite, a JavaScript-only WebAssembly build without Intl and Temporal, compiled for size rather than speed, and compacts tables every engine shares.

The commits after it trim Lite's bytecode, its regex duplication, cold error paths, metering and constructor cloning, and the WebAssembly loader's overhead, each with a measured speed check beside the size it saves (76045145, 6b854cdc, 40453bf5, 85885bb6, 51187ea6, ec0839ce).
