Member calls fast again, and compact Unicode tables
The native tiers serve the member calls the strict call order split apart, taking 11% off the 13 native rows; Unicode normalization moves to compact tables, and zipp py opens project files lazily.
Making specification-order method calls the default in v0.0.15 split a member call into a property read, the arguments and a call, and the native tiers had stopped serving the split form. 739603bc serves Map, Set, string and hasOwn.call member calls through their intrinsic helpers again, 5c046753 caches a Map or Set method read in the native inline cache, and d91ae358 answers .length from the internal slot: the 13 real rows take 10.95% less time, and the headline ten were at 0.982× Node 24 in an ordinary release build. 131aa66c delay-loads the GPU runtime's system DLLs, so the Windows CLI starts in 6.3 ms instead of 8.9.
The size passes went on beside it. 0fb24b41 builds WebAssembly without machine paths and runs wasm-opt -O1 twice; 9df8019c replaces the unicode-normalization crate's hashed tables with ranked bitmaps, and ba63d8a0 packs the regex properties of strings into one pool: the four modules came out 1.6% to 4.4% smaller after Brotli. ee34f2cb reads a Python project's files only when the program opens them (a script run from this repository's root starts in 62 ms instead of 460), 8d909598 bounds the code cache, and 5253e4e0 leaves a finished program's heap to the process's exit.
