Eight reported bugs fixed, and v0.0.24

The repository's first eight GitHub issues, from typed-array own indices to a derived class's newTarget.prototype, are fixed with tests and answered, and v0.0.24 ships with smaller WebAssembly engines.

The repository's first eight GitHub issues came from @takahashim, each with a minimal repro and a pointer into the source: a typed array's in-range indices were not own properties (#32, 8ce16ff8); a function's prototype made non-writable stayed writable (#33, 5980d5a7); obj.hasOwnProperty(k) ran the built-in for any receiver, skipping a Proxy's traps (#34, 861cda39); a class on a function's prototype chain was walked past (#41, acca1331); typeof name inside with read the global (#42, 2ba3b5a0); a replaced console method was never called, and there was no performance object (#43 and #44, 6333c421, f229dc1c); and a derived construction read newTarget.prototype itself (#45, 18643638). Each fix was checked against Node 24 with the JIT on and off and under GC stress, and pinned by a test.

Differential programs found more: a global redefined with Object.defineProperty(globalThis, …) went on being called as the old function by a compiled loop (ea1a9d8b), arguments.length = n deleted elements, and toLocaleLowerCase in Turkish, Azerbaijani and Lithuanian missed the final sigma. The gates caught two regressions of the pass's own before release: a 5% cost on every interpreted Python call, and a compiled-loop optimization lost to the console.log change (35e6d1dc). v0.0.24 was published on 14 October from a82ad0bb; its browser modules are 1.0% to 4.0% smaller on the wire than v0.0.23's, the JavaScript-only module 1.13 MB and ZIPP Lite 0.67 MB.
